Return policy

Online purchases are eligible for store credit only and must be returned within 14 business days after items are received. 

*FINAL SALE items include all sale items, accessories, bodysuits, bathing suits, and leggings.  This means none of these items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. You will pay and mail back items on your own.  The address is: 1621 Rising View Lane, Knoxville TN 37922  Attention: Alison Caricato

*Once we receive items, store credit will be issued to you 5 days after processing.

*Damaged items need to be reported within 2 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us @ houseofangelz.com  and provide information and pictures of damages.

*RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND MUST NEVER BEEN WORN.  THEY MUST BE FREE OF DEODORANT, PERFUME, PET HAIR, AND SMELLS.  
We will not be able to issue store credit for items that appear to be worn.
